We ran Build Week at Font Awesome, which was a full week of just building with AI, no deliverables required. The surprise wasn't how much the AI did. It was where it helped most.

Dave Gandy's color visualizer ended up looking like stained glass. He'd just visited the Sagrada Família and that's where his head was. The AI didn't replace his taste. It gave his taste somewhere to go, faster.
