   @11ty I use a shell script that builds the 11ty site and rsyncs it to the server. Rarely more than a minute, unless I'm building on my PineTab2 (which can do it, but is slow as heck)

         @11ty 8GB. I usually run LXQt to keep the desktop overhead as low as possible.

   @11ty 23 sec for the 11ty bundle build, and then just under a minute total (incl that 23 sec) to run a pagefind index and then use wrangler to upload the site to Cloudflare. Mucho cache savings in all that.

   @11ty It used to be much longer, but I started to cache everything (test build on GitHub Actions, production builds on Netlify), and now it’s always under 30 seconds.

   we do a 'full build' at night which takes longer than 10 min, so we implemented a custom 'incremental' build (bool in frontmatter) that allows newsroom publishes during the day to stay snappy. those finish in less than a minute.
